Buy the Big O! Show Sponsorship Information

The Buy the Big O! Show is the premier business-to-business trade show in the region.  More than 7,000 people typically attend as a result of the broadest event marketing campaign the Chamber conducts annually. 

Sponsorship not only provides recognition opportunities for your company, but also associates your name with an event that is about and means serious business.  Each year we hear amazing stories of how people connected and made business happen all because of the Buy the Big O! Show.

Several sponsorship opportunities exist, ranging from $500 and up.  Details are listed below.

Sponsorship is only open to members and comes with the right to retain the sponsorship again next year. 

The date for the 2008 Buy the Big O! Show is Wednesday, October 15, so be sure to mark your calendar!

Sponsorship Levels

Exhibitor Reception
The Exhibitor Reception provides an additional opportunity at the end of Show day to network with exhibitors and be a part of an event to thank them for being a part of the Show. 

Exhibitor Reception Sponsor Level 1- $500

• Your company will be identified as a sponsor on:

• 400+ electronic emails (the final email) to the exhibitors inviting them to the reception
• Signage at the Exhibitor Reception
• 400+ Exhibitor Reception invitation flyers handed out the day of the Show

Exhibitor Reception Sponsor Level 2- $1,000

• Your company will be identified as a sponsor on:

• 800+ (400+ twice) electronic emails to the exhibitors inviting them to the reception
• Banners at the Exhibitor Reception
• 400+ Exhibitor Reception invitation flyers handed out the day of the Show

• Your company will also receive:

• Complimentary electronic listing of exhibitors by 9/15/08
• Special sponsor nametags for your employees working and/or attending the Show

Breakfast Event
A separate ticketed breakfast event is held the morning of the Buy the Big O! Show featuring a well known keynote speaker.  Attendees then have the opportunity to get into the Show free after the breakfast event.  Typically 300-400 business people attend.

Sponsorship - $4,000

• Your company will be identified as a sponsor on/at:

• 10,000+ electronic invitations (e-vites)
• Event tickets
• Signage at the event
• 13,000 Midlands Business Journal inserts (inserted once into the weekly paper as well as used day of the Show by attendees)
• Chamber’s Web story covering the event
• BuyTheBigOShow.com Show Web site with a hotlink to your Web site
• Chamber’s Board of Director’s meeting

• Your company will also receive:

• Complimentary electronic listing of event attendees either prior to or after the event
• Ten event tickets (one table) to the breakfast, with priority seating
• Special sponsor nametags for your employees working and/or attending the Show

Other Sponsorships (Deadline January 31, 2008)
Silver Sponsorship - $5,500

• Your company will be identified as a sponsor on/at:

• 120,000 attendee tickets
• 13,000 Midlands Business Journal inserts (inserted once into the weekly paper as well as used day of the Show by attendees)
• 5,000 exhibitor registration booklets
• 4,500 sheets of Buy the Big O! Show letterhead
• Large banners on the Show floor promoting the sponsors
• 25,000+ Web site visits on BuyTheBigOShow.com with a hotlink to your Web site
• Chamber’s Web site
• Chamber’s Board of Director’s meeting

• Your company will also receive:

• Priority selection of your two premium booths ($1,550 value)
• Complimentary electronic listing of exhibitors by 9/15/08
• Rental of needed items from the Show decorator and Qwest Center Omaha
• Lunch for the staff working your booth
• Special sponsor nametags for your employees working and/or attending the Show

Gold Sponsorship - $7,500

• Your company will be identified as a sponsor on/at:

• 120,000 attendee tickets
• 13,000 Midlands Business Journal inserts (inserted once into the weekly paper as well as used day of the Show by attendees)
• 5,000 exhibitor registration booklets
• 4,500 sheets of Buy the Big O! Show letterhead
• Large banners on the Show floor promoting the sponsors
• Prominent sign above your booths noting your company as a Gold sponsor
• 25,000+ Web site visits on BuyTheBigOShow.com with a hotlink to your Web site
• Chamber’s Web site
• Chamber’s Board of Director’s meeting

• Your company will also receive:

• Priority selection of your premium 20’ x 20’ island booth space ($3,000 value)
• One article specifically highlighting your company on the Chamber’s web site
• Opportunity to provide 6,000 flyers to stuff into the Show bags handed to attendees (by 10/1/08)
• Complimentary electronic listing of exhibitors by 9/15/08
• Rental of needed items from the Show decorator and Qwest Center Omaha
• Lunch for the staff working your booth
• Special sponsor nametags for your employees working and/or attending the Show
• Complimentary one-time use of the Chamber’s membership list ($250 value) after the Show
