2008 Exhibitor Schedule

August 28: Exhibitor Training. Attend this basic exhibitor training if you are new to the Show or would just like a refresher on booth marketing. Holiday Inn Omaha Convention Center Holiday A/B 7:30-9:00 a.m. There is no cost to exhibiting companies, but please register with Maria by August 25 via email at reservations@omahachamber.org or phone at (402) 978-7912. Continental breakfast provided.

September 3: Weekly Big O! update emails begin.

October 1:

• Booth accessories forms due to AAA Rents. Call Karma at AAA at 339-3707 if you have specific questions.
  
• Exhibitor Services forms due to Qwest Center Omaha if you need additional electricity, IT or AV. Call Exhibitor Services at 599-6701 if you have specific questions.
  
• Food sampling authorization forms due to Levy. Call Levy at 599-6854 if you have specific questions.
• Name badge forms due to the Chamber.

October 14: Move in day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Exhibitors will need to park in Lot D (north lot).

October 15: Show day from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please be ready to start the Show at 8:30 a.m. Exhibitors will need to park in Lot D (north lot). Booths may not be dismantled before 5:00 p.m. Doing so will result in forfeiture of an opportunity to exhibit next year. All booths must be completely out of the area by 9:00 p.m.
