Booth Pricing

    Included in Booth Fee:

  • One exhibitor lunch
  • Exhibitor Parking
  • One (1) 8' table skirted in black
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Black draped 8' tall back and 3' tall side panels
  • One 120 volt - 20 amp outlet (except for Nonprofit/Home Business booths)
  • Company identification sign
  • 50 complimentary tickets (more available upon request)
  • Listing in the Midlands Business Journal’s Show program, on BuyTheBigOShow.com and on the Show map.
  • Day of Show security and EMT services

Please note that the entire trade show floor is concrete and will NOT be carpeted. If you desire additional floor covering, you will be responsible for renting or bringing your own carpet or other flooring for your booth space.

Nonprofit/Home Business booths $425

Available to nonprofit, home-based and small businesses (1–5 employees) only. No electricity provided.




Regular booths $575

Note: If you purchase two booths on an end cap, the 8’ tall back drape will be centered 10’ in length and the outer 5’ of each end of back drape will only be 3’ tall so as not to block the booths behind you. Please conform your booth design to be open on the outer 5’ of each side to avoid blocking sight lines of those exhibitors around you.



Premium Plus Booths $800

10'd x 10'w x 8'h; 3' tall side panels

When purchased in multiples, 8’ tall back drape can extend all of the way across the back of your booth. Height restrictions for sight-line requirements do not apply.
